1. About Pro Technologies

Pro Technologies - Safety Security & Comfort, LLC is a New Hampshire-based security company founded in 2005. We design, install, and monitor residential and commercial security systems, fire and life safety systems, access control, video surveillance, and related technology solutions. Our primary service area is New Hampshire, with select commercial work available in neighboring states.

2. Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact with our team. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of this site.

You may not:

• Use this site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this website or its associated systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from this site without our written permission

3. Quotes and Estimates

Any quotes or estimates provided through this website, by phone, or by email are not binding contracts. All pricing is subject to a formal on-site assessment and written proposal. Final pricing may vary based on property size, system complexity, equipment selection, and labor requirements.

Free estimates are available for qualifying residential and commercial projects. We will confirm availability and scheduling at the time of your request.

4. Service Agreements and Monitoring

Pro Technologies operates on a month-to-month basis. We do not require long-term monitoring contracts. Monitoring services may be started, paused, or cancelled with reasonable written notice as specified in your individual monitoring agreement.

Monitoring rates start at $9.95 per month. Your specific rate and service terms will be set out in a separate written monitoring agreement signed at the time of installation or service activation. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and your signed monitoring agreement, the signed agreement governs.

We reserve the right to adjust monitoring rates with reasonable advance written notice to active monitoring customers.

5. Equipment Ownership

All equipment purchased and installed by Pro Technologies becomes the property of the customer upon full payment. We do not lease equipment or retain ownership of hardware installed at your property. You are responsible for maintaining installed equipment in accordance with any manufacturer guidelines provided at the time of installation.

Equipment warranties are subject to manufacturer terms. Labor warranties, where provided, will be stated in your written project proposal or service agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for installation and service work are outlined in your written proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of installation. For larger commercial projects, milestone payment schedules may be established in the project agreement.

Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as specified in your service agreement. Pro Technologies reserves the right to suspend monitoring services for accounts with outstanding balances after reasonable notice.

7. Scheduling and Cancellations

We make every effort to honor scheduled appointment times. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as early as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

A trip charge may apply for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as specified in your service agreement.

8. False Alarms

Many municipalities in New Hampshire require alarm system permits and may issue fines for excessive false alarms. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain any required local alarm permits and to ensure all authorized users of the system understand how to operate it correctly.

Pro Technologies is not responsible for false alarm fees or fines issued by local authorities. We will provide system operation training at the time of installation and are available to assist with refresher training as needed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and documentation, is the property of Pro Technologies - Safety Security & Comfort, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written permission. Requests for content use may be directed to our office.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

This website may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party products and services. These links are provided for convenience only. Pro Technologies does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party sites or services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we take every reasonable step to design and install security systems that perform reliably, no security system can guarantee complete prevention of intrusion, fire, medical emergency, or other loss. Pro Technologies makes no guarantee that monitoring services will prevent loss, damage, or injury.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Hampshire law, Pro Technologies - Safety Security & Comfort, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, our services, or any security system we install or monitor.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New Hampshire.

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal action. Most issues can be resolved quickly by speaking with our team.
