Christina Kramer
Director of Sales and Marketing
Christina joined Pro Technologies in 2016 after completing her bachelor’s degree in psychology. While working on her degree, she was employed in a variety of industries such as retail, childcare and cosmetology. Ultimately, Christina decided on the security field because it offered stable income and a consistent work schedule. Her diverse background of work experience gives her insight into the security needs for those industries.
Christina’s primary role Pro Technologies is Director of Sales and Marketing; however, her job description covers the entire customer journey from proposal to scheduling to invoicing. As a seasoned member of the Pro Technologies team, Christina is invaluable at filling in where needed and getting the job done.
Outside of work Christina enjoys spending time with her family camping and hiking, or a quiet evening spent crocheting or reading a good book. She is also active in the kid’s ministry at Granite United Church.
Tammy Harrington
Office Manager
Growing up in a small Pennsylvania town, Tammy never realized the importance of feeling safe and secure until she moved to Boston at 20 years old. Now living in southern New Hampshire, Tammy joined Pro Technologies to help make work and home environments a safer place.
As the in-house Office Manager, Tammy’s primary role is developing systems and procedures that improve efficiency between divisions. Her strong communication skills and ability to make quick decisions improves processes just in itself – eliminating the need for committees and discussions. Tammy has complete autonomy to set up the office operations as she sees fit.
Tammy has a diverse range of hobbies from hiking to cooking and taking care of her koi pond. She practices Muay Thai martial arts that focuses on kickboxing and enjoys time with her daughter who is working on her own jujitsu skills or striking out batters on the ball field. Tammy has a hobby in technology too – she is a member of the EV Association and goes to electric vehicle car shows across New England.
Tammy’s claim to fame is that she was chosen out of hundreds of bass violin players to perform for John Williams (the composer of the Star Wars theme) through an orchestra group that she was a part of.
Michelle Yianakopolos
Customer Relations/Logistical Support
Michelle has been a New Hampshire native her entire life and can’t imagine living anywhere else. She loves the contrast between beach and mountains and everything in between!
Michelle’s is often the first impression new customers get about Pro Technologies. She is fielding the incoming calls to the appropriate departments, scheduling and following up with clients on service calls and commercial fire alarm inspections. When she’s not answering the phone Michelle is managing the service board, creating procedures or ordering office supplies.
Off the job, Michelle’s hobbies often involve anything British, watching reading or listening to true crime stories – usually being startled by her two small dogs while doing so! Michelle is an avid collector of tattoos for the past 12 years. The way she sees it, she’s just wearing her heart on her sleeve – literally – and being as colorful on the outside as she is on the inside.
Taylor Olson
Administrative Assistant
Taylor was first introduced to the way businesses operate while attending a small private high school in Manchester. The school was dedicated to teaching using a classical education model and entrepreneurship, and would feature local business entrepreneurs who inspired the students with their stories and touring Taylor’s hometown – the City of Manchester – to learn about the culture and community that she grew up in. After graduating, Taylor held several administrative positions in different fields, but now has found her place among the friendly faces at Pro Technologies. She plans on soon continuing her education in the Human Resources field in order to grow and evolve with the needs of Pro Technologies.
Taylor’s role on the Pro Technologies team involves administrative support to Christina, Tammy, and Michelle in whatever capacity they need her to help with – whether it be document sourcing, filing, data entry or answering phones. Her main goal in the office is to never let the phone ring a second time!
Taylor still lives in Manchester – now very close to her place of work – and in her spare time enjoys painting, crocheting and dabbling in do-it-yourself health and beauty products. She is also a Notary Public in the State of New Hampshire.
